20940 West Rd, Woodhaven“Been a member for over a year now. Overall a very solid gym containing racquetball courts, sauna, free weights, machines, basketball court, and pool. Love working out here but the down side is there's not as many wipe stands so not everyone cleans their equipment after use. Also it gets very busy around the typically hours of 4pm/5pm.“

They’re a movie theater to watch movies while you work out! I love the women section (however I wish it was bigger ?) and I love the classes they offer. ❤️“

“I love this gym! The offer a wide variety of classes and equipment that other gyms tend not to have and they keep the place clean and well-maintained. It does get busy on Mondays/Tuesdays at peak times, but people are pretty cool about working in or around each other.When we started, it had been quite a few years since I was serious in the gym, and my wife was brand new to resistance training. Because of that, we worked with a couple different Crunch trainers (Luis and Dan) to get us started on the right path. These guys are professionals and know their stuff. Form, technique, proper warmups, muscle targeting were all covered and our workouts are more productive because of it. If you're just starting out or looking to up your game, it's definitely worth talking to a trainer to see what they've got to offer.It's seriously a great gym with great staff and I'm glad we found it. We've been going for about six months and my wife and I are both feeling and looking healthier and enjoying the experience.“
