“The exam process is so much easier than before. The pressure test is now several tiny puffs of air from a handheld device, not as startling as the single strong puff. The staff gladly helped me transfer from my wheelchair into the exam chair, and Dr Mangold explained all the results. The optician was most helpful to me in choosing my next pair of glasses, and the whole process took 45 minutes. A staff member waited with me when my transport was half an hour late and past their closing time.”
