Needed an appointment quickly and “Taylor “was able to accommodate me.When I arrived all of the staff I encountered were courteous,professional and kind ! Doctor Almomar was Great!! Thorough,knowledgeable and explained things in entirety!! Thank You All.
The wait to be called back was short, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. The Dr was professional, attentive, easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable AND an Ohio State Fan!
I have consistently worn glasses since for over 30 years. Out of the many optometrists I've been to, this facility is the best. The staff & doctors are knowledgeable & have great customer service skills. They're quick, friendly, efficient, they answer all your questions, & they go out of their way for you. I do wish they had more frame selections that I like, but I'm always able to find a frame that suits me.
