“Update to add that I was contacted by the office. The doctor agreed to write off the balance from my visit because I'm a valued customer. I definitely appreciate the gesture.---- I was satisfied the previous two times I went in for my eye exam and glasses. This time they billed a medical exam instead of my normal eye exam that I went in for. I was told that's because I have a medical diagnosis that I don't have and never have. I asked them to correct the billing. I was told she would check with the doctor but it wouldn't matter. I won't be back if they're OK with fraudulent billing for a extra bucks.“

“Dr. Michael Moorehead is the best eye doctor I've ever seen. He was thorough, kind, very smart, and took the time to do extra tests to be sure I had the correct diagnosis and lenses. He explained things in ways I could understand. He found I had a stigmatism and it likely had been there for years but none of my previous doctors had done the extra tests to find it. His reception staff and technician were also friendly and helpful. Getting an appointment was easy and they had openings within a week. I would highly recommend Dr. Moorehead and his staff!“
