The people are nice but the wait times are consistently 1-2 hours from appointment time to seeing anyone. Then you usually have to see other people and have to wait in between those too. Seems like they are trying to fit more people in slots that they know aren't sufficient- which would just be greedy and foolish. Fix the wait times.
