Edit 11/17/2023. Changing from one star to three. I had an in office procedure done yesterday and the experience was much better. It was like night and day. The doctor was great, as always!I tried the on-line pre-registration and it seemed to work the way it should. Easy process and there was no paperwork or repeat questions when I arrived.The time in the waiting room was acceptable and the waiting time after being taken back to the procedure room very good.I don't know if I got lucky that day, or if they tried to do better because I had complained on here, or if they are trying to make improvements.Three things that I find most annoying at any doctor's office areare:1....read full review

The knowledge and treatment may be top notch, but the wait is ridiculous. It is always 1-2 hours, with no apology. My 92 yo husband was totally exhausted from the whole experience.

Dr. Patrick Burchell was patient and kind when he treated me. I came to him for a second opinion after Kunesh eye center irrigated my eye (very very very painfully) and said I needed surgery due to a blocked tear duct and there was nothing I could do about it. Dr. Burchell irrigated my eye again and it barely hurt. He was careful and kind. He also said I have a minor blocked tear duct but was hesitant to say I needed surgery. After some time and follow up appointments he and I both deemed surgery unnecessary at this point. I highly recommend Dr. Burchell and CVP Physicians Dayton.
