“I liked that the facts were presented, as well as educated opinions, and quite a few options to help in our quest to make the house more comfortable without any pressure or scare tactics at all. At the time, we were not even looking to buy a furnace, but Ray laid out a lot of different options to help us make a decision that was right for us.After we weighed out all of the options at our own pace, it only made sense to us to do it all at once. Everyone we have dealt with up to that point has been courteous and friendly. So we called and let them know to go ahead and put us on the schedule.Now that we had a new furnce installed as well as some ductwork changed and reworked, my feelings have not changed. We got notifications throughout every step, including arrival times. Ryan, our installer, did a great job of explaining things that were being done as well as answering any questions I had.We were impressed that how meticulous they worked on everything. On the first day, the very first thing they did was to put down tarps everywhere to contain all of the debris.We are totally satisfied at how clean our house was after the job was completed. Now, I am not going to say it was perfectly clean because we did find a runaway screw here and there. But 99.9% clean is more than suffice for us.About a week after the installation, they called to schedule a visit to check all of the settings to make some tweaks to the system. We really love that there was no continuous upselling before, during, and after. As facts were discovered along the way, they just laid out the pros & cons of doing something (or not) and what to expect down the road.If you are considering an HVAC repair or replacement, this is the company for you.“

“Friday 12/30/22... right before holiday weekend our hydronic heat system failed. I knew it came down to the circ pump, and actually had a replacement on hand. However, decided to let a pro install and check stuff just in case. House heating isn't a big deal in these conditions right now, but no hot water is. BD from Lucas found out after swapping the pump that there were a number of other component failures that caused the circ failure. These I verified. BD rushed to get the necessary parts here at the last minute before supply places closed and got it installed... including a real spacial headache part. Kudos for the great work late on a Friday. “They came in and replaced my water heater that went out. It was for a modular home not very easy to install. The quote they gave was the same price after done putting in the water heater. With new some new plumbing lines and new gas shut off valve. They replaced the wood under heater from water damage also. The workers got the job done fast and informed on there progress. “Had our water supply line develop a leak. After digging it out, it appeared that the leak had been going for some time. Called them up, and they were able to come out and repair it that day. This was short notice, but they were more than happy to get the work done. The cost was extremely fair too. I strongly recommend them.A simple pointer, if you suspect a leak, try to locate it as precisely as possible, even if that means doing some digging. It makes the repairs go fast and reduces the cost of labor.“
