“Stack Heating, Cooling & Plumbing recently installed a new sump pump with battery backup and a whole-house humidifier for us, and the experience was excellent. They gave me a 10 to 2 window, and I assumed that meant they would arrive sometime in that range and the installation time would vary. Instead, they showed up right at 10:05 and wrapped up by 1:55, very efficient.<br><br>The installation went smoothly, the work was clean, and everything looks great, exactly how I wanted it done. The team also caught a leak in my hot water tank that I had not even noticed and fixed it on the spot. They were easy to work with, responsive, and clearly take pride in their work.<br><br>They may not be the cheapest option out there, but you truly get what you pay for. I am glad I chose them and would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“I had used all weather for issues with my furnace in the past based off of previous owners of my house using them. When I called they were always timely, kind and very knowledgeable. My AC stopped working this summer, technician came same day, worked around my work schedule and did what he could to make it work to get me through the summer. However, it was end of life for the AC (30 years). They got someone to come same day, give me pricing options, NO pressure at all and also set me up with a portable unit until install. When they replaced AC and Furnace they did it in 2 days, worked all day and did an excellent job. Cleaned up after, walked me through at the end and educated me on the new thermostat. They also took off the repair and technician fee from my final price of furnace. I can’t recommend them enough! They made a very daunting process easy and people you can trust. Thank you Blake, Josh, Amanda and everyone else that came by at some point to help! You were excellent and I highly recommend this family owned company!”

“I had an issue that turned out to be heavy root blockage of the sewage line. Jim came out and cleared it in addition to repairing some piping at the cleanout in the front yard. He did all this for a price which I considered more than reasonable.<br><br>Even more, he had the integrity diagnose the issue fairly instead of trying to sell me on a sewer pipe replacement or other services to pad the bill.<br><br>If you need a plumber in the Cleveland area, you will not find one with more skill, experience, or integrity. I won't hesitate to use Action Plumbing again and to recommend them to my family and friends. Seriously, you can stop looking, this is the plumber you want.”
