They gave me a 10 to 2 window, and I assumed that meant they would arrive sometime in that range and the installation time would vary. Instead, they showed up right at 10:05 and wrapped up by 1:55, very efficient.

The installation went smoothly, the work was clean, and everything looks great, exactly how I wanted it done. The team also caught a leak in my hot water tank that I had not even noticed and fixed it on the spot. They were easy to work with, responsive, and clearly take pride in their work.

They may not be the cheapest option out there, but you truly get what you pay for. I am glad I chose them and would not hesitate to recommend them.“

My only concern is they don't carry the R22 Freon for older systems. Being a senior on fixed income I really don't want to have to buy a new air conditioner.“

“Heater went out over night. Called to schedule to come out, came out a few hours later. The guy was super nice and fixed the problem and cleaned everything out since he was here. Definitely would use them again“

“I had an issue that turned out to be heavy root blockage of the sewage line. Jim came out and cleared it in addition to repairing some piping at the cleanout in the front yard. He did all this for a price which I considered more than reasonable.

Even more, he had the integrity diagnose the issue fairly instead of trying to sell me on a sewer pipe replacement or other services to pad the bill.

If you need a plumber in the Cleveland area, you will not find one with more skill, experience, or integrity. I won't hesitate to use Action Plumbing again and to recommend them to my family and friends. Seriously, you can stop looking, this is the plumber you want.“
