I accidentally puncture a coolant line an my ac condenser. Kelly the receptionist was cordial and understanding especially since the 90 degree heat. Brian the owner arrived an hour latter. Brian was able to have a tech respond within 2 1/2 hours!
Karl the tech was great and my AC was back in service by late afternoon!
Excellent service!! Our AC went out during the heat wave and Brian was able to fit us into their busy schedule earlier, which was a huge relief. The technician, (also named Bryan) was great and repaired the AC on the spot. He was very helpful and nice! 10 stars!
