We had a downed furnace that left us with no heat for a day. Brian of copperline was quick in sending Miguel over to troubleshoot our issue but it looked like the furnace needed to be replaced. Brian had his guys over at 8am today to have the entire furnace replaced. They did such a good job and try to help their customers in any way they can. Thank you Brian, Karl and Miguel!!! You guys rock!
Replaced our HVAC and air conditioning systems. Prices were competitive.Great communication up front to help me make choices and plan.Team is very professional and took great care to keep my house clean.Most importantly they did very solid work and didn't cut any corners. We woke up at 6 AM on a Friday morning to tons of snow and NO HEAT! Miguel was at our door at 8 AM! He worked diligently to fix our furnace while we huddled around the fireplace. We had a new motor and heating pumping through the vents by 11 AM! Miguel was super kind and patient and we were so pleased and thankful with Copperline’s service!
