Shagovac provided same day, almost same hour service to replace a capacitor for me, and got my AC back up and running during one of the hottest times of the year in Cleveland.Ian, who repaired my system, was responsive, professional and answered all my questions. Just finished with a service call for some basement flooding coming from 9-yr-old air-conditioning unit that has required about 20 minutes of mopping up twice a day for repeated leakages over several days. At first I thought it was the water heater because of where the water was pooling but it soon became clear that was not the problem. I was imagining a time consuming and expensive repair of air-conditioning system (maybe even replacement) but visit was less than an hour and everything is working great now.
