I liked that the facts were presented, as well as educated opinions, and quite a few options to help in our quest to make the house more comfortable without any pressure or scare tactics at all. At the time, we were not even looking to buy a furnace, but Ray laid out a lot of different options to help us make a decision that was right for us.After we weighed out all of the options at our own pace, it only made sense to us to do it all at once. Everyone we have dealt with up to that point has been courteous and friendly. Ashton and Rob, thank you so much for coming out on a snowy day to check the furnace. While the furnace noise decided not to act up during your visit, you were kind enough to check the fan. Turns out, the fan was not properly installed and not running at all.Thank you for taking the time to set up the wires and test the fan.Thank you for teaching me how to run the fan and humidifier.Thank you for making me a part of your team! :)
