Not only is the atmosphere of The Skin Center a total vibe, every single staff member is so kind and welcoming. Maggie walked me through the entire process of my laser hair removal service to ensure that I was comfortable before moving forward, Great experience overall.
I had my first appointment here today. There was a scheduling error but Danielle handled it better than I could’ve asked. It’s great when you go somewhere and things go perfectly smooth as planned, but seeing the customer service when there’s a mistake is really telling. I appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely return and recommend to others!
I had a consultation with Bailey to talk about skin concerns and different treatments I wanted to look into, and she we so kind and so helpful. I felt truly heard, and I appreciated how knowledgeable she was about the options. I am so excited to get started with The Skin Center!
