Absolutely amazing! I have been having one sided neck issues for years, mostly related to stress, posture, and shoulder tension and after one visit Alexander had me pain free for an entire month! He is so kind and friendly I felt completely at ease, and he specifically focused on muscle and fascia issues in my neck that have been the source of my problems. I look forward to becoming a regular customer to keep up with this pain free life!

I was experiencing terrible neck tension and lower back pain. I sought out a provider that could provide deep, therapeutic massage. I have visited Alexander 3 times for therapeutic massage and I am completely free of pain. Before going I was having difficulty sleeping due to my pain, and my muscle tension was impeding my range of motion. I am feeling so much better! I highly recommend him!

Background: I had been dealing with severe, radiating nerve pain stemming from my left shoulder for 7 months prior to booking here. I had seen multiple doctors, done weeks of PT, had a trigger point injection and was still left with severe pain.After one visit with Alex, I had a dramatic reduction in symptoms. My pain was reduced and my muscles were loose enough to a point I was finally able to do the exercises I needed to do. I returned for a follow up visit and now have almost complete absence of pain.
