If you are in the Shaker Heights area and looking for a great Pilates studio, you are in luck. White Cloud is moving from Cleveland Hts to Van Aken. While I don't wish for more competition to schedule classes, it is unfair not to shout out the excellence of this group. The instructors are not only fantastic and knowledgeable, but they are fun and welcoming and just overall great people. I have been attending classes for several months now (and will continue), and already notice a change in strength and flexibility. It is a hugely beneficial program - both body, mind and spirit.

Troy McCarty is a world-famous Pilates master instructor with over 40 years' experience. Troy not only takes clients, he also trains those who will become future Pilates instructors. He is kind, encouraging, and has a keen eye for details that keep his clients and students safe as they acquire a stronger body and mind connection. Each instructor at White Cloud Studios is dedicated to the practice of Pilates and each has a unique approach and highly individual style to teaching, this means every client will get a customized experienced regardless of taking a group class or a private class.
