I sit here and watch women of all skin types and issues come in, spend A LOT of money via co-pays and the products being offered here just to have inept customer service at the front desk.That's a shame because from what I've seen the doctor does good work, however perception is everything and the front office woes are killing the business.

Dr. Kyei is the best. I have dealt with acne for 28 years. Had one consultation with her 2.5 months ago. Used the medications she prescribed and my skin is 95% better. At the visit she told me she would have my skin clear within 3 months. She did not lie!

Dr. Kyei was warm and i appreciated her concern regarding the lack of progress my skin is making which led her to suggest more aggressive treatment which im down for. I also appreciated that she didn't judge me for my advanced maternal age.
