I have had a Garage Finisher floor for about 8 years and it has been fantastic. I recently decided to change some cabinet positions and add a few things to the floor to accommodate some new equipment and it is fantastic! The products are great, and the crew is to a person fantastic! They are responsive to our needs and requests, work with you to find the best solution to your problems (even if it involves some changes to the original plan.) They even anticipated some problems I did not recognize and came up with a solution.

I have gone to several physical therapy facilities, but this one is the best in the city.The Staff is very attentive, efficient and knowledgeable. After each session, I feel rejuvenated and strengthened, whether it’s in my hand, shoulder, foot or back. It is adequate sized, well equipped and a clean, comfortable environment. After 3 years, I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else. Dr. Taylor and his employees are wonderful and respectable. Excellent!
Ty S. came to troubleshoot my water heater.
Luckily it turned out to be only the pilot. So after he relit the pilot, he did a video on my phone showing the steps to relighting it and he also had me do a return demonstration of my relighting it myself. If it goes out again I now have accurate instructions so I can relight it. This is phenomenal. I couldn't have asked for better service

When I was was mad I said they were totally irresponsible. They put up a warped fascia board last summer, leaving a 1" gap in some places. They sent a guy out to try caulking it but it was too wide to do that. They said they'd redo it, but five months and several phone calls later, nothing has been done. Edit December 8th. It took some talking but Tony finally got someone out to work on it. It turns out that we actually would have needed a more extensive (and expensive) repair, but the first crew just put up a board and left and didn't say anything. The guy that came yesterday worked on it, explained it well, and doctored it up to where it's acceptable. I imagine they usually do ok, I had bad luck.
I was a patient at Regency hospital. It is a very nice facility. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. They were willing to help and to assist me with all of my needs. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Man I was looking for a walk in last day in town hair cut and decided to call Goldmine Barbershop. Barber was friendly and welcoming. He was fast and treated everyone who walked in to great customer service. No issues at all and will go back no hesitation. Prices were more than fair in today's barbers charging more just because they can. 5 stars all day!!!!

We had a hail storm in the area a few months ago. This led to the equivalent of ambulance chasing from so many companies trying to get our insurance money to do replacements. This ended up with way more working trying to ensure companies were trustworthy and not just out to get the quick buck.
From the beginning, NextGen was great to work with, and that's why we ultimately selected them. Up front, Jon was amazing to work with, and probably a large part of why we went with NextGen. We were amazed by the time and level of detail he took in his inspection process. He took lots of photos and not only walked us through each one to explain what the concern was but also shared them with us for our own records. He seems to always be working, and we were super impressed with him.
The day of the roof replacement went very smoothly. Their team showed up bright and early as they said. The roofing team was friendly and super efficient. They finished everything in about 8 hours and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I was impressed by the amount of protection they put down and how careful they were to try to get all debris picked up and gone. Brandon Pierce (Quality Control Specialist) was also super helpful the day of. He stopped by and made sure everything was progressing nicely and then came back at the end of the day to inspect the work.
Overall, I'm very happy with my experience with NextGen and would definitely recommend them to others.
