I cannot say enough great things about them! During these record breaking temps we had this week, my AC unit decided to quit working properly. I called and they were able to get someone out to me surprisingly a lot sooner than the other companies I had called. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our tech - Adam called when he was on the way and then again to let us know he was running a bit behind due to traffic. He was very knowledgeable(and dog friendly) and explained everything he was doing and some things to keep an eye on for the future. I have been a Precision customer since 2018. My oldest was around 1 year old when my heat went out. I called several of those 24 hour companies and the only one that could come out told me my furnace was unrepairable and I needed a full replacement. I, of course, wanted a second opinion and that's when I found Precision. The tech that came out was very kind and after a short review of my equipment told me he likely had the replacement part at his shop and would be right back. My heat was back on in just a few short hours after initially reaching out to them. Fast forward to 2021, my AC goes out and does need replaced (it was the original from the 70s).
