The efficient installation process is completed in just one day, ensuring a precise fit, even matching the color of new windows to existing ones. The installation team is punctual, working quickly and professionally, often finishing ahead of schedule. They are courteous, friendly, and thorough, cleaning up as they work. Chef’s kiss is what I think of to describe everything about this company. I will begin with my initial consultation with the very professional Nanette Wickline. She came to my home and spent more than two hours with me going over each window what I needed and what I wished for. She gave a wonderful advice for a kitchen window, which happens to be my favorite window in the house. She also gave excellent advice for a huge window in my bedroom. which is another favorite of course. She was knowledgeable and helpful. I never felt rushed at all. When she got to my home, it was light out and when she left, it was dark. Her expertise and being able to make suggestions was so helpful. She kept in touch and was easy to reach if needed. I was given a call when my windows were ready and John Bentley and his crew showed up to do the work. They noticed some other things that were needed and went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful. He was very knowledgeable as well and he worked well with his team. I’m very pleased with every window in my home and how meticulous they were when doing the work. I can go on and on, but all I can say is chef’s kiss. I’m so happy that I went with this company.

Garrick Gehrke came to our house and explained the product in great detail. Based on the recommendation from a trusted friend, I chose Renewal by Anderson. The install went smoothly , and the installers were very polite, conscientious, and professional. The windows look great and operate as advertised. Renewal by Anderson is certainly not the cheapest product, but we sleep well knowing they will be responsive if a problem arises, and that they will still be in business 10 years from now ( unlike the maker of my old windows). Garrick stopped by the day after install to make sure we were completely satisfied, and answered what few questions we had. I would definitely rate them five out of five stars and recommend Renewal By Anderson to anyone wanting a quality product and service.
