She listened to me and was genuinely interested in my health journey (you just can't fake that sort of thing...and if you try, I will always pick up on it). I left feeling empowered (and with answers!) to make holistic changes necessary for the best health possible. What an asset Dr. Clapper is to the Tenpenny Integrative team! Warm, caring, professional, and so knowledgeable.“

19353 Detroit Rd, Rocky River“I've been seeing Dr. Birchall for a couple of years now and have to say I'm VERY pleased with the results. This Doctor truly cares about his patient's best interest and is an absolute artist. I've had several procedures there as a result of my confidence in his word and work and have never been disappointed. I've been to a couple of Dermatologists over the years, but I've never been this satisfied, or felt more personalized.“
“Dr Kammer is great! He’s thorough in his exams. I’ve been going to him for many years. I have a lazy eye and when my first eye Dr retired, it took me a while to find a Dr that gave a thorough exam. You can tell that he loves what he does. His staff is also great! If you need a great eye Dr. he’s the one to call!!“

Mr. Baker's level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail stands out. I am absolutely delighted with my hearing aids and will come back for any future requirements.“

“When I found out my order was being sent back and I could not figure out why, I called the phone number but the office had already closed a while ago (EST vs. PST). By morning on the west coast another package was already on its way. That in itself was fantastic. Then during our correspondence figured out that they were sent to the wrong address and by the time I got off work another package was on its way to the correct address. I hope the person who helped me knows that they truly made someones day just by doing the job they do with awesomeness. Thank you!“
“UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (ST. JOHN MEDICAL CENTER). This location of University Hospitals has several departments. The Physical Therapy unit is on the 3rd floor which is also the location for St. John's Medical Center. Westshore Primary Care (Westlake) is on the 2nd floor of this building. I did regular physical therapy here for my back for about 6 weeks. The PT that I saw was great. His name is Eric Jankov (DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy). He asked me the right questions about my back and provided exercises I could do at home. I met with him twice a week from April 2018 - May 2018 for 45mins to an hour at each meeting. I had less back pain after my sessions. I just need to sit less at work; meaning, try to get up every hour to walk around...haha. I know we all struggle with sitting for too long during the work day. Also. I may be confusing both locations of University Hospitals on Detroit Road but I believe I came to this location for an X-Ray as well. Westshore Primary Care is on the 2nd floor and Physical Therapy is on the 3rd floor *** - 29 total reviews in 2019. - 239 total Yelp reviews. - Reviewed on 18 February 2019.“
“Dr Mahajan was great. "the man knows what he is doing"While at the office visit I felt a sense of "hurry up so we could get home" felt rushed by office staff. front desk seemed crabby.Need a more detailed info on dietary guidelines leading up to and after colon polypectomy. diet restriction and timeline for a minimum 1 week before procedure and a minimum of a month after procedure. If not! you will spend hours googling for info on the web. Some web info and my own primary care physician "strongly" suggest that after the procedure. you must maintain a "soft" diet for the next 2 weeks after the procedure then, Slowly & minmally intruduce raw vegetables for the next 2-4 weeks before resuming a healthy diet. Limit physical activity of lifting/pulling/pushing no more than 5lbs after the procedure for the next week after procedure. My primary care physician and other WEB sources say to NOT! weightlift for the next 2-3mnths after a colon polypectomy procedure.I spent days and countless hours researching this info.“

3838 West 150th Street, Cleveland“I wanted to thank metro hospital my daughter-in-law in the past 2 months has been suffering from back pain so severe that You could barely move walk take yourself to the bathroom and keep and care for the little ones. After going to a medical facility, Parma hospital, More than once. They all did the same thing gave her steroids to take Never took even an X-ray to rule out anything And sent her home with ibuprofen and steroids telling her it was a sciatic issue. Told her to go to therapy. When she could no longer get up to even take herself to the bathroom we took her down to metro who took it took her pay level and cand condition very seriously. After CT scanThey determine that. She indeed needed to see a back specialist the disks in her back her back had been moved so far out or out of line they were putting pressure on all the nerves on the one side. Then seeing the specialist they determine they needed to fast track her for surgery. I know people usually only give reviews when something bad happens. But I have been to metro myself I've never had a problem. My back doctor is Through metro. As is my pain management doctor that gives me my shots in the back. I have nothing but good things to say about them. And now with how well they are taking care of my daughter-in-law they always have my vote of confidence“
