awful experience!!! no one ever answers the phone they don't call back for hours. then you get there and women at desk are very unfriendly and nasty the receptionist isn't ant better. even the phone message is mean! all on the side of dr adrnetto and phlianro

I've been seeing Dr. Elsheikh for over a year now and it was never really good but it's hard to get appointments lately, well because of covid she refused to see me which I assumed she never did ( she didn't seem comfortable with black people anyway) so this was used as her excuse to get rid of me, my treatment was sub par and she got the whole thing wrong diagnosis to proper treatment of what was wrong with me. She could've killed me and she doesn't care and she falsely accused me of a terrible act just to get rid of me and I have proof that it was false! Don't go to this doctor if you want actual care

UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (ST. JOHN MEDICAL CENTER). This location of University Hospitals has several departments. The Physical Therapy unit is on the 3rd floor which is also the location for St. John's Medical Center. Westshore Primary Care (Westlake) is on the 2nd floor of this building. I did regular physical therapy here for my back for about 6 weeks. The PT that I saw was great. His name is Eric Jankov (DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy). He asked me the right questions about my back and provided exercises I could do at home. I met with him twice a week from April 2018 - May 2018 for 45mins to an hour at each meeting.
