The ladies are also very helpful and kind. My Boo is doing better and Silver's glands are smaller and he is eating. Prices are reasonable and meds came with the exam.“

“I am sure this is a good veterinary service, but for use a bit pricy and we lived in California. Our dog had a complete physical before we left California all he needed was flea meds and heart worm at the time. We paid $200. because they wanted to check him over even though they got the report from his California Vet. I called again to set up an appointment to get his yearly shots and they wanted to do another physical and another $200, plus shot fees and I felt this was excessive. We are now with the office my father used back in the day, with younger doctors..“

“I can't say enough good things about the Orrville Vet Clinic. The veterinarians are not only accommodating and understanding, but they make you and your pets feel comfortable and well taken care of. I have used Dr Middleton for equine care for years with nothing but exceptional care. As for my dog, any vet he has seen here has taken care of him and his quirks. I moved and still traveled 45 mins here to keep this vet. They answer my calls and questions, too. 10/10 vet.“

“I took my almost 13 yrs old Sheltie, Rafiki (Rafi) to Turkey Family Pet Center Friday Feb 3 2024. I thought I would not bring him home. The assistant Corey was so sweet to my dog. Carried him to and from the car into and out of the office. He loved on him and was so helpful. We think he has cancer from the blood work but his issue that day was mobility and he is old and has arthritis. Corey did see him get up and walk some so Dr Horst decided to try Carprofen and Antibiotics to see if we got lucky and had more good time with him! Well it's Wednesday now and he has been doing real good. He can get up and down himself, go up and down stairs and walk the fenced in yard. I will take what time I can with my lovable companion as long as he's not suffering. Thank you so much Dr Horst and Corey. And thank you to the whole staff. Everyone was pleasant and compassionate! The waiting room is beautiful and very relaxing.“

“I refer all my fur baby friends to Dr. Tripp but those friends don't listen and they go elsewhere and pay exuberant vet bills. I brought my cat here for a second opinion and was immediately greeted like a valued friend. Everyone was so passionate and caring for me and Benjamin. Services are only offered if it will benefit you and your fur-baby, they are not out to price gouge you for unneeded services. If you do visit here, don't be afraid to strike up a conversation with others in the waiting room, you will find out people drove a long way to get here because they trust Dr. Tripp. This guy is not getting rich from what he charges. I'd drive from out of state to have my fur-baby's looked after from this guy.“

“After losing one of our dogs, the other one was just very lonely, especially during the day while I was at work. I started taking him to doggie daycare one day a week and he loved it. He even knew somehow which day was daycare day! We recently switched to 2 days weekly and I have noticed a big change in his anxiety and neediness on days he is home. The staff has always been friendly and they seem to really love my Tiberius.“
