“I have been going to Ark for several years now. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been nothing but kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. I have a reactive/anxious dog but have never been made to feel like a bad pet parent for it, for which I am especially grateful. The prices of care are some of the best around, and their points program for discounted services is a great bonus! Scheduling is very simple and I’m always seen within a few days. My only complaint is that the building is VERY small, which can be challenging when sitting in the lobby with several other pets and owners.“
“I am sure this is a good veterinary service, but for use a bit pricy and we lived in California. Our dog had a complete physical before we left California all he needed was flea meds and heart worm at the time. We paid $200. because they wanted to check him over even though they got the report from his California Vet. I called again to set up an appointment to get his yearly shots and they wanted to do another physical and another $200, plus shot fees and I felt this was excessive. We are now with the office my father used back in the day, with younger doctors..“

I have used Dr Middleton for equine care for years with nothing but exceptional care. As for my dog, any vet he has seen here has taken care of him and his quirks. I went to a different vet one time, unfortunately it was for euthanasia too, and had a terrible experience compared to all of our years of visits to Mairs’. “After losing one of our dogs, the other one was just very lonely, especially during the day while I was at work. I started taking him to doggie daycare one day a week and he loved it. He even knew somehow which day was daycare day! We recently switched to 2 days weekly and I have noticed a big change in his anxiety and neediness on days he is home. The staff has always been friendly and they seem to really love my Tiberius.“

“I took my two German Shepherd females to get their shots. They hadn't seen a vet for a few years .my old veterinarian was in North Carolina.. I would give the staff 10 and the veterinarian 9. The price was very affordable I would recommend them.“
