“We enjoy our veterinary appointments from start to finish at this office! They take great care of Winnie, Juniper, and Dug! We find the staff very caring and kind, including the front desk! I had my 18 month old niece for 1 appointment. The staff showed her around the entire clinic so Dr. Gerber could finish answering my questions about our pup! She had so much fun, she didn't want to leave! From the scheduling of the appointment through after care, I will always recommend this office! Thank you for caring for our pups!“

“Our dog Grady is a Belgian Malinois and he is very special to us like our kid. We’ve been boarding Grady age 12 years old since he was a little puppy and I was referred by our Veterinarian that boarded his 2 Collie dogs with Orville Pet & Spa. Sure I was hesitant the first time boarding him but when I would pick him up he was a happy dog that wasn’t nervous but just normal playful dog, Now it’s been years and he still doesn’t mind going in and he knows the girls and guys there working, and every time I pick him up he’s the same happy guy. I’m very picky when it comes to my dog and I went and asked for a tour of the place and it’s so clean and no smell. I recommend Orville Resort and Spa for any type of care you need for your special buddy, sometimes I get a go home bath for my Grady and the place does a wonderful job on his coat of hair with his brush outs. Give them a try and you won’t regret it. Sometimes I reward the girls with special treats of donuts and brownies from my local bakery because they all work hard to make our pets happy when we’re gone. I even consider them like family because they are so caring, I love all the girls there. I travel from East Barberton and drive all the way to Orville for boarding and I don’t mind at all, It’s a worry free time when I board our Grady, Thank You All at Orville Pet & Spa for taking care of my boy Grady“

“I am sure this is a good veterinary service, but for use a bit pricy and we lived in California. Our dog had a complete physical before we left California all he needed was flea meds and heart worm at the time. We paid $200. because they wanted to check him over even though they got the report from his California Vet. I called again to set up an appointment to get his yearly shots and they wanted to do another physical and another $200, plus shot fees and I felt this was excessive. We are now with the office my father used back in the day, with younger doctors..“
