I refer all my fur baby friends to Dr. Tripp but those friends don't listen and they go elsewhere and pay exuberant vet bills. I brought my cat here for a second opinion and was immediately greeted like a valued friend. Everyone was so passionate and caring for me and Benjamin. Services are only offered if it will benefit you and your fur-baby, they are not out to price gouge you for unneeded services. If you do visit here, don't be afraid to strike up a conversation with others in the waiting room, you will find out people drove a long way to get here because they trust Dr. Tripp. This guy is not getting rich from what he charges. Took my cat took Stark County ER on Oct. 16th, 2023 and got no answers except my cat has a low white blood cell count & is fighting an infection. Meanwhile they were AWARE I've been fighting a flea issue. Spent $705 with no real answers and my cat given a shot of a 2 week antibiotic. Saw in a week there was no change, called Countryside Animal Hospital, and got an appointment for Nov. 2nd, as a new patient with absolutely zero hesitation. For $94, I got answers (my one cat is allergic to fleas), he received a shot, AND medicine to come home with. It's now Nov. 6th, and my cat is soooo much better!!!...read full review

His poor dog died a horrible death. One of my cats came home with her foot barely hanging from her leg. Doc said she had pulled her leg out of a steel trap. I was sure he'd have to amputate but instead he took the time to stitch together all the...read full review
