The clinic's veterinarians have received high praise for their accommodating, understanding, and compassionate approach. Patients and their owners feel comfortable and well taken care of, whether it's for routine care or in difficult situations. The staff's excellent phone manner and empathetic approach to euthanasia have been particularly appreciated by clients. Recently, clients have noted that the clinic is reasonably priced and that the staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and good with pets, making it their new go-to place.

The clinic's services extend beyond its immediate community, with clients traveling over 30 minutes to benefit from the exceptional care provided. One client shared that their approximately 6-year-old rescue cat needed to have all his teeth pulled due to severe decay and gum disease. The surgery was thorough, and the anesthesia was carefully managed. The cat, named Sargie, is now doing fantastic and back to enjoying hard treats, thanks to the care from Dr. Fink and the staff. Such successful outcomes highlight the clinic's dedication to quality care and positive results.

Many clients also praise Dr. Marissa Hofstetter for her kindness and caring attitude. She has been with clients through the difficult times of losing multiple dogs, always making pet owners feel noticed and listened to. Her upfront honesty and compassionate approach have earned her strong loyalty from clients, who are willing to follow her wherever she goes. The clinic’s commitment to providing excellent and compassionate care continues to earn it the trust and loyalty of the Orrville community.
