Purchased a Furnace and Air Conditioner and after a year had a problem that only my wife could hear when the blower would run. To keep wife happy called and asked for a service tech to come out and set her mind to ease. Well Tom (The Technician) heard it also. (Darn now she has another reason for my hearing aide.) He replaced the blower wheel 5 times the motor once and the whole housing, but she and him still heard the very small sound. It was driving her and consequently me to insanity. Tom then called the factory and even though we were out of the one year replacement warranty they replaced the whole thing. Are you kidding me! Someone who still respects and warranties their work. Wow. I highly recommend them and thank them for their great customer support after the sale.
