“We love Mairs’! Everyone that works there is always so kind and welcoming. My dogs all trot happily into the building, excited to get pets and treats. I went to a different vet one time, unfortunately it was for euthanasia too, and had a terrible experience compared to all of our years of visits to Mairs’. We are life long clients and appreciate all the love and care they give to their clients! Their prices are fair and well explained as well.“

“I have been going to Ark for several years now. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been nothing but kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. I have a reactive/anxious dog but have never been made to feel like a bad pet parent for it, for which I am especially grateful. The prices of care are some of the best around, and their points program for discounted services is a great bonus! Scheduling is very simple and I’m always seen within a few days. My only complaint is that the building is VERY small, which can be challenging when sitting in the lobby with several other pets and owners.“
