Ben did a nice job fixing a problem that wasn't his fault. Here's my story. Had 2 different service calls for a home AC unit not working correctly, Ben was not involved in the service calls. 1st service call diagnostic was it's hot out. 2nd service call not Ben on this call either was very thorough and diagnose was a very expensive part. Decided to install new unit. Ben did install the new unit and did a very good job. The next day the new AC wasn't working correctly had to have another service call to fix the problem with the new AC unit. After that service call it still didn't work correctly. Had another service call to find the problem. Ben the installer and his partner came back and finally found the problem which I think was a faulty thermostat wire inside the wall somewhere. Pretty expensive wire.

We recently took our almost 5-year-old Saint Bernard, Blaze, to this training program and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the very beginning, the owners were fantastic—they took the time to explain everything in detail, including what Blaze’s day would look like and exactly what we could expect throughout the process.
What really stood out to me was their patience—not just with Blaze, but with me as his owner. They helped me work through my own nerves about stepping into a more confident leadership role with him. I’ve always let Blaze do his own thing, so learning how to properly guide him was a big adjustment. They made that transition feel comfortable and achievable.
They truly listened to all of our concerns and addressed each one immediately and professionally. At no point did I feel judged—only supported and encouraged. The entire experience was positive, educational, and empowering.

We are in Ohio for a month while traveling. Hubby and I both needed a haircut. Found this awesome, friendly place. Pam, the owner, answered the phone. Booked us right in the next day with Marie. I’ve been coming to Megan for a little over 5 or 6 years at this point. I stumbled across her when searching for a way to color my hair without continuously struggling with damage from the chemicals that are typically in hair color. Megan uses an organic line which has helped my hair significantly over the years! I just recently decided to have Megan install tape in extensions and I can honestly say she is meant to do hair. She blended and colored it perfectly. I cannot recommend her and her services enough! Thank you for always making me feel my best!

I got my hair cut and eye brows waxed. She did a great job but i didn’t want my hair shampooed or styled but i still had to pay for it because of how the online booking is. So I doubt i will go back unless I just do a walk in.

Love this place they both cut hair so well but really like the woman does your facial hair without being asked and prices are good 20 for a cut and I normally tip more than the cost of the haircut.

Austin was amazing. My son recently lost his Dad to colon cancer and wanted to get a tattoo in remembrance of his dad. So he got a very similar tattoo as his dad's tattoo with a few add ons.

Deven Electric installed a new whole house generator for me. They were on time, knowledgeable, fast, and did an excellent installation and cleanup. Dennis and Matt were friendly and respectful. The price was very fair. I had three other quotes from other companies, all of which said I needed a disconnect switch mounted outside as well since I wanted the transfer switch mounted in the basement. Dennis checked with the building inspector who confirmed it was not necessary. This saved me an additional $500. The plumber they used pressure tested the gas lines after installation and found a small leak unrelated to the equipment installation. I highly recommend Deven Electric.

We couldn’t be happier with the job Quinton and Keith did on our floors. We were replacing carpeting with hardwood and had some existing dark stained hardwood in the kitchen and entryway. They toothed in the the new flooring and applied a natural finish with a seamless look across the entire first floor. Quentin was able to salvage our water damaged kitchen floor with a drying technique. They are artisans with amazing attention to detail and go over and above to make sure you are satisfied. Ive been to many dentists around town, and this was by far the best experience ever. Super gentle, kind, and his skills are impeccable at contouring a tooth... i loved how informative he was, gentle and how I felt like he was taking his time listening to me and my needs. A lot of dentists are very fast paced- in and out culture.This place was laid back and this Doctor actually cares about patients.

Dr. Jump and staff were awesome! Professional, courteous and caring during my visit. I had a permanent filling on a tooth that recently had a root canal. Everything went well and I won’t hesitate to return to this office.
I used to go here for many years, and the staff were always kind as well as the dentists. If you are in a lot of pain, the dentists really know how to be sympathetic and patient with you, which is a rare commodity amongst doctors these days and makes things a lot less stressful.
If you are in pain they will talk walk-ins or make a fast appointment and do what they can for you. As someone who has had a lot of anxiety and medical issues affect my dental treatment, they always treated me with respect and kindness when I had a bad time/reaction to something.
I have had to seek a lot of treatment elsewhere because I need IV sedation, so if I could get it all done at this office, then it'd be 5 stars. I would be happy to go here the rest of my life if they expanded their services to include it! But for what I can, this office is great and has never failed me. Even when I was a somewhat difficult patient at times.

Twas the night before New Year’s Eve, and there I was enjoying a meatball sub for dinner. I crunched down on a meatball and there was something hiding inside that broke my tooth. I left a message after hours for the office, and to my surprise got a call back early at 7:30 AM. The receptionist informed me that they had one slot open in their schedule at 9 AM and I arrived promptly for my appointment. Although the repair for my tooth was time-consuming on a short day with what appeared to me to be limited staff, they still got my tooth put back together and I am able to enjoy the holiday weekend with my family with no tooth pain. Dr. Mack has been my dentist for a long time and I really appreciate what he has done for me over the years especially this most recent visit. The entire staff as they always are was extremely professional and accommodating. I cannot recommend this office enough.

I highly recommend the softwave treatment. I am now able to sleep on my left side without pain. I also have a sit down computer job my upper back between my shoulder blades was always sore. I had 1 treatment so far and my upper back still feel like good

Unfortunately we had to make an emergency visit with our sick kitten. They rushed us in despite us not being able to call in advance and promptly assessed him. When they came to us with the option that no one wants to hear, they were so professional and made us feel so comfortable knowing we were making the right decision. They gave us plenty of time with him and made sure he got plenty of snuggles and even some purrs despite him hurting. Dr. McCarty’s bedside manner was perfect and made us not feel rushed nor like we were letting him suffer. I couldn’t recommend a place more for such a hard decision. We feel so much better knowing our little boy Mars is finally free of pain ❤️
