The only “problem” with our installation was that it took quite a while for the installer to find our new water heater. The issue there was a problem of what local dealers had in stock.
Great job. Took care of the problem in a timely fashion, gave me an idea of what I may need to do in the future to prohibit the issue, and even cleaned up an issue with birds inside my hot water heater vent. Thank you for everything. I will definitely call them again if I need any help.
