Explained all service/labor/parts costs beforehand. And was in and out in a jiffy. Even had to order a part and still was able to come back the next day to fix it. I genuinely thought I'd have to purchase and entire new unit. And it was affordable!!10/10 recommend. The tech knew within 2 minutes what was wrong with my unit. Knowledgable. Affordable.
