Willie Neighbor came out to do a estimate, he was very professional and pointed out that the crawl space also needed wrapped and a system ran for that. The estimate was fair. He came out to do the install and did a amazing job. Very polite and informative. Very professional install and cleaned up afterwards. We were shocked by how intricate the system is. A very pleasant experience all around.“

“Ben did a nice job fixing a problem that wasn't his fault. Here's my story. Had 2 different service calls for a home AC unit not working correctly, Ben was not involved in the service calls. 1st service call diagnostic was it's hot out. 2nd service call not Ben on this call either was very thorough and diagnose was a very expensive part. Decided to install new unit. Ben did install the new unit and did a very good job. The next day the new AC wasn't working correctly had to have another service call to fix the problem with the new AC unit. After that service call it still didn't work correctly. Had another service call to find the problem. Ben the installer and his partner came back and finally found the problem which I think was a faulty thermostat wire inside the wall somewhere. Pretty expensive wire.“
