“I have struggled with back pain and stiffness for a long time I always just dealt with it until I could not anymore. I was so nervous when I went in today but the very first minute I sat and talked to the doctor he genuinely cared and walked me through everything. I have never felt so comfortable at a medical appointment. I have just started going but I can already tell how great this place and the doctor are! I would recommend this place to anyone for sure!“

“This office was great, Dr. Bafford and his staff were very nice. Scheduling my appointments was super easy and convenient for my schedule. I went in with bad lower back pain that made it hard to walk upright and would struggle to even bend and tie my shoes (pain I had for a while that was made worse with a recent pregnancy). After working with Dr. Bafford for a month my back pain is minimal and I can actually bend down to tie my shoes and go on walks with my kids and be more active in general. I also really loved the roller table used to help stretch out my back. I would highly recommend this office.“
