Super gentle, kind, and his skills are impeccable at contouring a tooth... i loved how informative he was, gentle and how I felt like he was taking his time listening to me and my needs. A lot of dentists are very fast paced- in and out culture.This place was laid back and this Doctor actually cares about patients.“

“I used to go here for many years, and the staff were always kind as well as the dentists. If you are in a lot of pain, the dentists really know how to be sympathetic and patient with you, which is a rare commodity amongst doctors these days and makes things a lot less stressful.

If you are in pain they will talk walk-ins or make a fast appointment and do what they can for you. As someone who has had a lot of anxiety and medical issues affect my dental treatment, they always treated me with respect and kindness when I had a bad time/reaction to something.

I have had to seek a lot of treatment elsewhere because I need IV sedation, so if I could get it all done at this office, then it'd be 5 stars. I would be happy to go here the rest of my life if they expanded their services to include it! But for what I can, this office is great and has never failed me. Even when I was a somewhat difficult patient at times.“

“They are all so friendly. They give you a pillow for your neck if you want and sunglasses to block out the bright lights. Talk to you through each step, take breaks to rinse your mouth and ask question about your treatment explain everything .“

“I had to have an emergency appointment and they were able to get me right in. The receptionists were great at being transparent on appointment availability and price. Dr. Grosko and his team made sure I was comfortable before and after the painless procedure. Dr. Grosko even follows up with his patients after the procedure. Explains everything very well and has amazing bedside manners. Root canals aren’t fun, but if you do want to be taken care of, go to Dr. Grosko!“

“Twas the night before New Year’s Eve, and there I was enjoying a meatball sub for dinner. I crunched down on a meatball and there was something hiding inside that broke my tooth. I left a message after hours for the office, and to my surprise got a call back early at 7:30 AM. The receptionist informed me that they had one slot open in their schedule at 9 AM and I arrived promptly for my appointment. Although the repair for my tooth was time-consuming on a short day with what appeared to me to be limited staff, they still got my tooth put back together and I am able to enjoy the holiday weekend with my family with no tooth pain. Dr. Mack has been my dentist for a long time and I really appreciate what he has done for me over the years especially this most recent visit. The entire staff as they always are was extremely professional and accommodating. I cannot recommend this office enough.“
