“Used the On-Demand Care option today at this location for the first time. I was in the building for about an hour for a sick visit. To walk in w/o an appt. on a Monday evening and be seen id say thats not too bad. Overall very easy process. The staff/np were very kind and helpful.“

“I DONT THINK THIS is their fault JUST A WARNING they seemed to do everything they could n listened n seemed to care but if u don't feel right a few days after leaving urgent care don't walk RUN to the ER... After I left urgent care with the flu few days later ended up with bronchitis n inflammation in my heart I got a little bit better than got rlly rlly sick overnight barely could breathe walk or anything it scared me n I'm younger.. please always listen to your body again I don't think it was the urgent cares fault at all they seemed to listen n do whatever they could to help with no judgement“

Which, telling a sick person they don't know if they'll be seen when they had to make arrangements to get there is absurd. The care we've received has been good. They got a new PA and he seemed kind and compassionate.“

“Covid-19 hits and I have a completely unrelated condition that sends me to urgent care. Great. Spent most of my teens and twenties at walk-in clinics like this so it was a little like coming back home. I found the staff friendly and informative (behind their masks) and the doctor smart, professional, and approachable. A nice experience... well, as far as having to go to urgent care goes. They helped me schedule imaging at the nearby UC hospital and find a proper family practitioner.“

“I don't recommend Cincinnati Children's Hospital. They throw away perfectly good organs for transplant and don't care about immunocompromised lives. The USA is regressing and Cincinnati caved to the science illiterate rather than upholding their oath. As long as health authorities continue to cave, we will continue to regress. Shame on you Cinci Children's.“

“All of the staff were so friendly, kind, and caring. I came in as a walk-in and only waited about 15 minutes. The receptionist was warm and personable while taking my information, and they got me right in for an X-ray. Everyone I came in contact with great. As I was leaving, I saw the team helping an elderly couple out of their van—such a great example of outstanding customer service. I don’t typically write reviews but on a day that started so badly it was nice to have a pleasant experience.“
