“Dr Nava is quite fantastic - my first impressions of her are very high. Her facility is well maintained and clean. She carries herself professionally, is efficient, and very kind and caring. I live in the Huber/Dayton/Riverside area, but the drive is well worth it. She also did a follow-up call to make sure I was able to get my medications okay. That was really nice of her to take the time to do that and it was greatly appreciated. Dr Nava certainly has a high standard of care, and it shows.“

“Highly recommend this urgent care. It's small new and crean. The staff were very caring and professional. If worked in health care for over 25 years so I am a critical judge but only good things to say. The first time I came here as a parent with diabetic issues.. my blood sugar was so low I couldnt think or communicate. It was scary. I was so out of it there's alot I wasnt sure what happened. But I new they were kind gentle and got me feeling better. So when my mom was having severe back pain ... I knew this was the place to come. If we had went to the main hospitals it would have put her through more pain and taken more time. One of the advantages of being so small ... can park close to the door and they get you right in. They have xray and cat scan which is all the tests she would have been given at the larger hospitals. There were 2 patients in the facility at that time so we got the best treatment. Everyone was so great. I think the Dr was named Harover but he was so patient and kind. I would highly recommend.“

“The Dr here is absolutely amazing! He is compassionate, pays attention to detail and has great bed side manner. The office staff and nurses are also great! I went there in pretty rough shape having an allergic reaction after a total knee replacement and the care was outstanding - even got a follow up call from the doctor checking in. My family has also been here for strep tests/ear aches when we couldn’t get into our primary and the care has always been consistent and kind. Thankful to have Monroe Urgent Care so close to home!“
