From the moment I walked in, Rhonda greeted me professionally. She was very organized and personable. I was seen by Liz. She was thorough. She explained things she gave me alternatives and not only took care of what I came in for but identified an inner ear infection. Outstanding healthcare altogether. My personal recommendation is to update that space, the vestibule tile needs to be replaced, The overall feel is very outdated. Being that you’re open on Sundays, you could get a lot of business, because the Little clinic isn’t open on Sundays. And if I had to compare the facilities, your facility needs to be updated. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The sign in was quick and easy. They were prompt and respectful. While I didn’t get the results I would have preferred, they were honest and directed me to the help I needed. I appreciated the assistance they provided and would not hesitate to to go there again.
