This is the best urgent care I’ve used. The facilities are welcoming and clean. The staff is friendly. Brooke was the most incredible MA. She was so patient, kind and encouraging for my son who needed Strep and Covid tested. She told him everything she was going to do beforehand and helped connect and ease his mind. When I brought my daughter in who needed a strep test, I did a happy dance when I saw Brooke was the one taking us back! We have done the traumatic alligator wrestling with swabbing at other places so I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. I m an older lady. I was treated very nicely not like an old person. Every thing was explained completely. I had to go back about about a week later as I was still feeling badly. I was given another prescription and that was explained 2 me in detail also. The ladies couldn't have been nicer to me. I would recommend this office 2 everyone. I was in and out in a little over an hour and m doing much better today.

Everybody was very friendly and efficient from the front desk all the way to the NP. The office is very clean and they offer water/coffee. This is easily one of the best urgent cares I’ve been to.
