Very efficient and friendly staff. Listened to my concerns and treated properly. I'm a nurse so I know what's appropriate or not but I do but just the staff know my occupation. Very good urgent care.
Very expedient and professional. The doctor was ver thorough and explained everything perfectly! The staff was also efficient, helpful and good about getting directly to the point in a friendly manner!
I’ve been to CareFirst Urgent Care numerous amount of times. Our son needed a physical for 7th grade basketball. We got inside, instant smiles from the staff, it was super clean and smelled sooooooooo good! We got in and out within 20-30 minutes TOP. I believe the longest part was me filling out the physical paperwork that we brought with us (I should’ve done it at home but I assumed the practitioner was responsible for the entire packet, so that was my mistake). Our entire visit was smooth sailing. Our 13 year old is typically a bit nervous whenever he’s in a medical facility.
