This is the best urgent care for convenience, quick, easy and mostly the best care. The doctor listened to all the symptoms and prescribed the medication I needed for a full recovery.
The Liberty Township location was better than the one in Hamilton which is closer to where I live. After reading all the positive reviews about this clinic I will Definately pay for transportation to get here. (No longer have a car). I believe I may have a bladder/UTI infection. I have very limited income and can't afford the co-pay at my regular clinic and it's hard to get in. I did read one negative review about someone having a UTI, which kind of made me think maybe this might not be the right place. I knew I was quickly going downhill when I walked in the door. Despite a small line, front desk clerk stayed calm, poised and worked at a steady pace. Intake nurse was thorough and entered information quickly. I was wheezing (had a face mask on). Laura Hackett NP immediately ordered a chest x-ray and I was diagnosed with pneumonia. Meds and inhaler was ordered to my pharmacy. I appreciate the kind words encouraging me to go home and rest. I wanted to be specific and mention every step went smooth without stress. Kudos to the entire team.
