Everyone was very nice and professional. They got us out of there in an hour which was fantastic. The facility is a bit small and they had just moved from a larger place so I don't know how it will work if they get many people at one time. But all in all it was a positive experience.
My experience was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I came in 10 minutes to close & they did not rush & was very comforting & concerned. I appreciate the staff so very much! ??? ???
Never a fun experience to be at urgent care, but the staff was warm & welcoming. The nurse practitioner had so many patients to help, yet she didn’t make me feel rushed, and her “bed side manners” were impeccable. If you need urgent care in Mason, this is the place to go.
