The nurse practitioners and doctors are phenomenal, kind, and professional, providing quick and thorough treatment. They explain everything thoroughly, making patients feel their time is valued and that they have an incredible team to take care of them.
If you need to be seen i advise scheduling an appointment. I was seen quickly. The staff was professional and the facility was clean.
All of the staff were so friendly, kind, and caring. I came in as a walk-in and only waited about 15 minutes. The receptionist was warm and personable while taking my information, and they got me right in for an X-ray. Everyone I came in contact with great. As I was leaving, I saw the team helping an elderly couple out of their van—such a great example of outstanding customer service. I don’t typically write reviews but on a day that started so badly it was nice to have a pleasant experience.
Extremely long waiting time. We reserved the spot via on line at 10:30 AM , arrived 5 minutes early and still had to wait almost 90 minutes to be seen. Other two patients that arrived after went ahead even we were the next to be seen on the monitor. Front office was very respectful and diligent same for nurses and the doctor . We left the office by 1 PM
