Front desk lady was incredibly rude and very impatient. This is the last thing you want when you are already feeling under the weather. She made me feel like she was doing me a favor by typing my info into the computer. She was also talking super loud so the entire waiting room can hear yourprivate info. The nurses and the doctor were very kind and compassionate. They called me on Sunday to give me results of tests. Nurse Allison was incredibly RUDE!!!!! She hung up on me. This business should rethink who they hire! Blows my Mind that healthcare professionals can treat people this way.
I saw Dr Ross today. He was so kind! Spent a great deal of time with me. You can tell that he really cares about his patients. If he had a private practice I would leave my pcp of many years to be his patient. Highly recommend this urgent because of him!!
I did not realize this place existed until today when I couldn’t get into my PCP. My wait was much less than expected and met with an outstanding NP who was very thorough and knowledgeable. She helped me obtain additional medicine I needed. I will be back for future visits I am sure. Thank you!
