The entire staff was kind and knowledgeable. Patients appreciate the ability to schedule and then check their place in line via text. The nurse practitioners and doctors are phenomenal, kind, and professional, providing quick and thorough treatment. They explain everything thoroughly, making patients feel their time is valued and that they have an incredible team to take care of them.
Overall we really like this place and it has quick wait times when you go during certain days of the week. however today we experienced some lack of patience for our son who needed an x-ray. After attempting to get an x-ray for him for about 3-5 minutes (he was crying), the tech said she wouldn’t be able to do it and was kinda short with it. They sent us out pretty quick after, saying that they don’t have the resources for pediatric patients. Again, we like this urgent care, however if you are taking a small child/toddler who has anxiety about doctors offices and cries, I would beware.

I love the ability to reserve your spot online so they're ready for you when you get there. Staff was kind and thoughtful and I would definitely recommend this as a quick stop in for those colds, UTI, urgent care types of things. I was in and out in less than an hour.
