“When we ordered the windows we were told the production lead-time would be about 4 months. It turned out to be almost exactly the 4 months quoted. The crew that came to do the install were quick and efficient. My wife has a blood disorder that requires fairly strict masking when people are indoors. The install crew fully respected that. The match between the fiberglass and our wood window sills is excellent. At the end of their work they left the work areas spotless. We'll use them for "phase 2" of our remodeling later this year.“

“Went in today with my son to purchase some landscaping timbers. We stood there and wasn't greeted by anyone for 15 minutes. Workers walked past us and didn't say a word to us. Finally the cashier while walking back to her register, asked if we needed help and said she'd send someone over. Again, we waited. 4 more workers walked past us, didn't greet us and we would just leaving and coming to Lowes. The customer service was just SOOO bad. Once arriving at Lowes, we went to the garden center and got a few plants, greeted by every employee out there asking if we needed help. When we walked in to walk all the way across the store to the lumber, 6 employees were passed said hello and asked if we needed help. We got to the lumber area and just peeked down an isle where a worker was and as I turned around, he yelled from behind if I needed help finding something. Yes, I told him what I was looking for and he told me exactly where to get it. Long story short, go to Lowes. They're customer service exceeded expectations and Home Depot is just lacking in that department. Terribly. Lowes price was cheaper too AND their lumber wasnt moldy looking and cracked like Home Depot.“

“During the time of our window needs we were getting our home built; a lot of the windows were not square in the frame, and the siding had burn marks from the home builders crew putting their cigarettes out on the Vinal (not even sure why?) We reached out to Weather Guard for an estimate, and they beat out all the others who wanted their cost, plus the middleman. The process was simple, and the return and repair process was SUPER EASY. I called the warehouse and gave then the number of the window, and in about 2 weeks I had my new window and got rid of the old. The install was fast, and they cleaned up post doing the job. “Will be starting our 2nd job with Renewal by Andersen. First job was 2 years ago and went extremely well. Measurements for the 2nd job were just completed. Jonathan was extremely helpful with the explanations of the timing of the install. He was also helpful with the expectations of what is going to happen with the install and why. Installing new doors and windows in a hundred year old house presents a challenge. Based on the results of their previous work, we are confident of the outcome for this 2nd job.“
“I'm leaving this review due to reading the past reviews for this company.....I've been using Cincinnati Glass Block since 1992, Chuck has always been Super to work with and the Installers have always gone above and beyond. I had several large windows done in an 1859 Brick Historic home that was not completely square after 154 Years of settling and my windows look great!I just think people are unrealistic on what can be done on these homes. You have to prepare your property for the installation....Installers cannot fix everything, they are only there to install their product and the pricing for glass block compared to the current window companies pricing is so much lower, I saved 35 percent going with the glass block.“
