Two weeks ago, my lawn mower pitched a rock through one of my rear slider door's panes of glass. It was a custom made door that Gilke manufactured and installed approx. 5 years ago. In only 1.5 weeks, they had a perfect replacement window remade. Today, it was reinstalled by Dawson and Brandon. Terribly impressed. They were two respectful looking young men - neat, polite, and friendly. They did a perfect job. I'm a stickler for details and they checked every box. I had one other problem with a mid glass panel blind that I spoke to Candice about. She was able to solve the problem over the phone. She certainly knows her stuff. Great experience from sales process to installation!
We had Gilkey replace all 12 of our 29 year old windows and had a wonderful experience with the sales process (thanks to Justin Baldwin), and installation was a breeze taking less than 4 hours. The crew was very efficient, respectful of our property, answered all our questions and explained what they say. They even suggested changes to the trim on the outside that would cover some wood area between windows that would save us ongoing maintenance. All in all it was a wonderful experience and much less expensive that other estimates we got. Cincinnati Gilkey is highly recommended from our experience
