I’ve seen the work Feazel has completed and really wanted them to do the roof. Caleb S was the sales rep and did a thorough assessment of the roof and was available for questions during the process. The installers protected the property and once they left absolutely no debris was found. Might have been able to find a roofer at a better price but I seriously doubt the experience and quality of product would have been worth it. Thank you Feazel for your hiring practices as I believe I interacted with the best.”

“Dominic from Coldstream exteriors came out very quickly after my front gutter was taken out by a storm. He assess the damages and we determine that it was cheaper to self-pay than the insurance. I ask him to check the rope because my Handiman said it probably needed to be replaced. Dominic went over it with the fine tooth comb and all the gutters and indeed it was 18 years old. I also had him inspect all the gutters and he gave me a great estimate and a very quick turnaround time. Dominic was there and my roof was done within like a week and two or three days. The folks that work for him were excellent. They cleaned up they showed up and did an outstanding job oh my neighbor stopped by to tell me what a great job they did. Also, Dominic showed up often at the job and even called to check to see how things were going. You couldn’t ask for a better company. There’s too many fly-by-night roofers that use subcontractors and Coldstream is not one of them. They are Christian company which I very much appreciate it. You cannot go wrong with them. I did my homework and checking reviews, and they were highly committed by my insurance companies personnel, thank you cold stream and Dominic”

“Two weeks ago, my lawn mower pitched a rock through one of my rear slider door's panes of glass. It was a custom made door that Gilke manufactured and installed approx. 5 years ago. In only 1.5 weeks, they had a perfect replacement window remade. Today, it was reinstalled by Dawson and Brandon. Terribly impressed. They were two respectful looking young men - neat, polite, and friendly. They did a perfect job. I'm a stickler for details and they checked every box. I had one other problem with a mid glass panel blind that I spoke to Candice about. She was able to solve the problem over the phone. She certainly knows her stuff. I can't speak highly enough about this company. I absolutely recommend them!”

We had another company come out and they spent 2 HOURS giving us a quote which ended up being over $60,000! We were in disbelief. Then John came out, dropped off some color samples, and emailed us a quote which was literally a quarter of what the other company was going to charge. John made the process extremely easy and smooth, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond when it came to helping us choose our final color (Oceanside) which we love! “We recently engaged Holmes Renovations to replace our 30 year old deck. I am not going to devote much time in this review to address the quality of their work, other than to say it is outstanding. These folks clearly know what they are doing, and we are exceptionally pleased with our new deck. I think what distinguishes Holmes, however, is that from start-to-finish, every person we interacted with was professional, courteous, and genuinely had a customer-centric focus. Their design staff helped us configure the best deck for our situation by giving us ideas/options with regard to layout, materials, etc. and also shared some suggestions that allowed us to save a few bucks in the process. There was absolutely no sales pressure, and we had all the time we needed to make any decisions about how to proceed. Once under contract, their administrative staff kept us informed about the scheduling of the work, expected timeframes for the delivery of materials, due dates of payments, etc. There were no surprises, and any minor changes to the schedule that did occur were always communicated to us in advance. The actual crew that did our work was terrific. They showed up as promised, worked diligently through some pretty unpleasant weather to keep things on schedule, patiently answered all of our questions about what they were doing, and were just incredibly nice people. We identified one minor issue during the project, and they immediately addressed it without question. They also, graciously and at no additional cost, did some work that went beyond the scope of the project by repairing some minor damage to the house that could not have been avoided during the demolition of the original deck. The construction supervisor checked in appropriately and always responded immediately to our phone calls and/or texts, but quite honestly, the crew doing the work was so good, we really didn't have much need to call on him (which is a good thing). We wanted to make some landscaping changes to enhance the surroundings of our new deck, and Holmes' owners also put us in touch with a company that they have used on some of their other projects. It was a solid referral---the work and people involved were great, and everything was done timely and as promised. We had a wonderful experience with Holmes, and would not hesitate to hire them again, or recommend them to others.”

“We just had a new roof put on by Crown Pointe Remodeling. From the start, when Quincy first came and walked us through the process showing us pictures of the appearance of our very old roof to when we saw the finished beautiful new roof, he was with us all the way. He brought us samples of shingles. I had trouble visualizing what a whole roof would look like, and he shared his expertise as to what colors would blend and brighten our home. He kept us apprised of each step. He provided the personal touch we so appreciated. It was a challenge finding rain free days. Finally, no rain was forecast for two days. His crew came at 7:30 AM and began attacking the old shingles. They were hard working, professional and efficient. When they left at 8:30 PM that night after cleaning up everything, it was as if a genie had come and waved a magic wand. Five stars are not enough to say how easy this whole process was and how highly we recommend Crown Pointe Roofing and Remodeling.”
