She told me she would call me back the next day after she spoke with the roofing and solar teams, but I received a call from her less than 20 minutes later with the answers she needed and we were able to get scheduled.I had the absolute pleasure of working with Dominick on the roofing side. He was ALWAYS there to answer any questions I had (even outside of "normal" business hours). When my husband and I couldn't decide on a shingle color, he let us come and see the shingles in person and sent photos of actual jobs they had completed to help make the decision easier. He was there throughout the job and the team did a complete tear off and replacement in one day. Installation was scheduled at my convenience and was a smooth process, with professional installers that took care to install correctly and clean up afterwards. Lead time for windows to be manufactured was about 6-8 weeks. Would use again and recommend to others!“
“When we ordered the windows we were told the production lead-time would be about 4 months. It turned out to be almost exactly the 4 months quoted. The crew that came to do the install were quick and efficient. My wife has a blood disorder that requires fairly strict masking when people are indoors. The install crew fully respected that. The match between the fiberglass and our wood window sills is excellent. At the end of their work they left the work areas spotless. We'll use them for "phase 2" of our remodeling later this year.“

“Went in today with my son to purchase some landscaping timbers. We stood there and wasn't greeted by anyone for 15 minutes. Workers walked past us and didn't say a word to us. Finally the cashier while walking back to her register, asked if we needed help and said she'd send someone over. Again, we waited. 4 more workers walked past us, didn't greet us and we would just leaving and coming to Lowes. The customer service was just SOOO bad. Once arriving at Lowes, we went to the garden center and got a few plants, greeted by every employee out there asking if we needed help. When we walked in to walk all the way across the store to the lumber, 6 employees were passed said hello and asked if we needed help. We got to the lumber area and just peeked down an isle where a worker was and as I turned around, he yelled from behind if I needed help finding something. Yes, I told him what I was looking for and he told me exactly where to get it. Long story short, go to Lowes. They're customer service exceeded expectations and Home Depot is just lacking in that department. Terribly. Lowes price was cheaper too AND their lumber wasnt moldy looking and cracked like Home Depot.“

“During the time of our window needs we were getting our home built; a lot of the windows were not square in the frame, and the siding had burn marks from the home builders crew putting their cigarettes out on the Vinal (not even sure why?) We reached out to Weather Guard for an estimate, and they beat out all the others who wanted their cost, plus the middleman. The process was simple, and the return and repair process was SUPER EASY. I called the warehouse and gave then the number of the window, and in about 2 weeks I had my new window and got rid of the old. The install was fast, and they cleaned up post doing the job.
