During the time of our window needs we were getting our home built; a lot of the windows were not square in the frame, and the siding had burn marks from the home builders crew putting their cigarettes out on the Vinal (not even sure why?) We reached out to Weather Guard for an estimate, and they beat out all the others who wanted their cost, plus the middleman. The process was simple, and the return and repair process was SUPER EASY. I called the warehouse and gave then the number of the window, and in about 2 weeks I had my new window and got rid of the old. The install was fast, and they cleaned up post doing the job. Owner met with me personally for the initial consultation and provided top tier service and was not super "salesy". I was kept up-to-date regularly on the window delivery regularly and also on the installation dates once the windows came in. I had 11 windows and a new sliding patio door installed in 2 days and also cleaned on the 3rd day. Best service I've experienced from a company in a long time.

Joe and his team was so responsive through the entire process. Always knew the timeline and everyone was always on time. Our old windows were extremely difficult to remove and the process took more time than expected but the finished product was beautiful. The contractors did an excellent job making the molding and finished product met our expectations. Joe and his team were out to clean the windows following the installation.
