She told me she would call me back the next day after she spoke with the roofing and solar teams, but I received a call from her less than 20 minutes later with the answers she needed and we were able to get scheduled.I had the absolute pleasure of working with Dominick on the roofing side. He was ALWAYS there to answer any questions I had (even outside of "normal" business hours). When my husband and I couldn't decide on a shingle color, he let us come and see the shingles in person and sent photos of actual jobs they had completed to help make the decision easier. He was there throughout the job and the team did a complete tear off and replacement in one day. Dominick, thank you so much for your attention to detail, positive attitude and excellent customer service.We worked with Evan and Cliff on the solar side and they were both great to work with as well. We had an awful experience with the company that installed and repaired our panels previously. This was a complete breath of fresh air knowing we were finally in the hands of a team that truly CARED. “I was looking for replacement windows and was recommended to Windows Plus. They came highly recommended for a few reasons:1-The #1 window on the market.2-Value proposition...no pressure sales, reasonably priced, high quality craftsman installing windows/roofing/gutters (for my work performed) and a very small Quality department that always has time for you.And those reasons, Absolutely my experience as well.My salesman was Nathan Morris and my Project Manager was Brandon Ryan. They were always communicating throughout the entire process and all three work crews were fast & clean. The jobsite was hectic when work was being performed but the cleanup was better than I expected...I found minimal items after their departure that were stuck somewhere that wasn't obvious.All in all, I had a small roof repair that removed two skylights, replaced 29 windows with 27 & a sliding glass door and got my whole home refitted with proper gutters and downspouts.My brother recently had 11 windows replaced by a competitor and paid the same price I paid for 27 windows and a sliding glass (triple paned) door in Indianapolis.If I ever need anything else home repair related, I will be calling Windows Plus and their OUTSTANDING!!!! Installation was scheduled at my convenience and was a smooth process, with professional installers that took care to install correctly and clean up afterwards. Lead time for windows to be manufactured was about 6-8 weeks. Would use again and recommend to others!“

“When we ordered the windows we were told the production lead-time would be about 4 months. It turned out to be almost exactly the 4 months quoted. The crew that came to do the install were quick and efficient. My wife has a blood disorder that requires fairly strict masking when people are indoors. The install crew fully respected that. The match between the fiberglass and our wood window sills is excellent. At the end of their work they left the work areas spotless. We'll use them for "phase 2" of our remodeling later this year.“

“During the time of our window needs we were getting our home built; a lot of the windows were not square in the frame, and the siding had burn marks from the home builders crew putting their cigarettes out on the Vinal (not even sure why?) We reached out to Weather Guard for an estimate, and they beat out all the others who wanted their cost, plus the middleman. The process was simple, and the return and repair process was SUPER EASY. I called the warehouse and gave then the number of the window, and in about 2 weeks I had my new window and got rid of the old. The install was fast, and they cleaned up post doing the job. “I'm leaving this review due to reading the past reviews for this company.....I've been using Cincinnati Glass Block since 1992, Chuck has always been Super to work with and the Installers have always gone above and beyond. I had several large windows done in an 1859 Brick Historic home that was not completely square after 154 Years of settling and my windows look great!I just think people are unrealistic on what can be done on these homes. You have to prepare your property for the installation....Installers cannot fix everything, they are only there to install their product and the pricing for glass block compared to the current window companies pricing is so much lower, I saved 35 percent going with the glass block.“
