And its only been in for about a day!The only frustration we had was the time from ordering (late October of '23) to installation (early February '24).Paul (sales) was very helpful, understanding, and not anything close to pressuring (think used car salesman). He listened to what we were looking for and had some good input that helped us make our decision. Plus, we caught an 'up to 15% off' sale.Chuck came out to measure and did a great job. He was very meticulous and took his time to ensure he captured every aspect of our existing door and frame.On the day of install, Richard, Tom and Nevin worked like a well-practiced orchestra. Each knew not only what they were to do but also what each other was responsible for. I was very impressed by the multiple sweepings they did to keep our entrance as clean and safe as possible while they worked. Same for our front porch.
