“5 years ago they were awesome! Wil Nixon was my sales rep. Experience was professional, nice and effective at communication. I recently got gutters by reaching out to Wil. The workers randomly showed up one day without any warning. I was thankful that I happened to be home that day. the workers broke some of my pots and expensive flower bulbs. The manager didn't even want to help or credit me. Wil was very impersonal. I even talked to him about it. I looked past all that and asked about siding my garage. I had to chase them for quotes, etc. Wil basically hung up on me today. I no longer recommend Final Touch and it makes me sad because I had such a good experience my first time. I recommended them to friends in the past, but not anymore. I called the office too, no response!“

“Our roof started to leak at the worst time. It is snowing and freezing. I called Michael on Monday morning and he came in the afternoon to assess the damage. On Tuesday, he came to our house to put a temporary fix to stop the leak right before the cold rain. We cannot thank him enough to help promptly. We will wait for warmer weather to permanently fix our roof.“
