I just had my 10-year-old Ford F150 completely detailed on the inside. Something spilled on the carpet and it was an awful smell, and there was a lot of dog hair. Mario got it back to me on the same day and the inside looks like it’s a brand new vehicle. Exceeded my expectations. If you’re considering getting your car detailed inside or out, schedule a day and time, and you won’t be disappointed. I have a second vehicle that I am now going to get done.

New to the area, been in the Mercy system for a while, this facility is amazing! It’s clean, organized and efficient, probably the best I’ve been to. The staff was great! Friendly, helpful and courteous. Doctor Carissimi is my new provider, he listened to all my concerns and we worked together to plan my future health needs. The staff I had engaged with(sorry I lost my paper with your names) were all so helpful and friendly. I can’t say I like going to the doctor, but these folks make it a pleasant experience.

Missy was wonderful with me. The day of my appointment, things came up that I had to take my almost 2 year old son with me. I had communicated this with her and she gladly accommodated me with him. She was inviting, even offered beverages for him and toys to play with. At the end of the service, she exceeding my expectations on my hair beyond than I can imagine. I left with a big smile on my face. I even cried happy tears. What I got done was highlights/balayage with a cut and style.. it was amazing. I will be a returning customer.

I've been getting my hair cut at Alessio's for 35 years. Whether I was living in Amherst, Columbus, Ohio City, or now Avon Lake, I'd make the drive to Lorain because Garry is the only person I trust to do it right.
I don't trust alone of ppl to cut my hair but I always leave clean. Ask for poncho he's an artist.

I have had my locs for about 9 months, and my hair is so soft that I have had a hard time keeping it twisted. Made an appointment and Ms. Dee came to my rescue!! She was extremely nice and very professional, and hooked. me. up! I will most definitely be back. Highly recommend for anything that you are looking to do with your hair. Very knowledgeable staff.

They were very professional. They had a person to talk to, set up our appointments right away and showed up when they said. They kept me informed and sent reminders of the appointments. Spoke with one of my friends and she referred me to TLC. Nicole is the hygienist I see regularly now and she is top tier!! I've met Dr. Ian and Dr. Candace. Each one of these professionals have made me feel completely at ease with their professional and caring manner. Natasha and Stephanie made me feel at ease with a totally standard procedure. Natasha did a replacement filling and a new filling today, I could have taken a nap if my mouth wasn't open, she is a rockstar! The ladies who check in and out patients at the desk are genuinely friendly. The whole team here makes me look forward to my visit! See you all soon!

They are very friendly and will take care of your pet very well. We have a laberdoole and a goldendoodle that we take there about every six weeks. They are very good to our pet kids and they do a great job grooming them. They also carry a variety of treats.
