Mercy Health - Lorain Hospital receives praise for its care and service. The ER was not horribly busy, and patients were seen right away, with everyone being terrific. The doctors and nurses are very helpful and willing to answer all questions. Surgery was efficient, with staff ready when needed. The nursing staff, housekeeping staff, and ER doctors and nurses are great. Patients have nothing but praise for the care from doctors and staff. One patient had a wonderful experience giving birth, with wonderful nurses and the ability to deliver with a midwife. Patients felt listened to and cared for, with no complications.
Was in and out of surgery and out the door before I can think what happened they had you right when they needed you and they said you can go right when they told you you could go if you were ready and I appreciate that
Recently gave birth at Mercy and had a wonderful experience. I gave birth to my first at Fairview and it was fine but Mercy was over the top this time. The nurses were wonderful and I appreciated being able to deliver with my midwife. I felt listened too and cared for the entire time and thankfully had no complications with me or baby.
Everyone was professional and explained things to me and answered my questions thoroughly. For not a pleasant procedure, it was a pleasant experience because the nurses and doctor were so great!
