I asked if they would do a job for me personally, not associated with the condo community. I asked them to level my patio area after having another company build a fence around the perimeter and left mounds of soil. The crew did an excellent job leveling it, taking away excess soil and putting topsoil down so that I could lay sod. They were professional and did a great job. I recommend Great Lakes Ground Management for any landscaping needs.”

“I was ghosted by the President of the company after spending $5K for the work below. Won’t reply to text or email. I had to dig up the arbours and the tree in front d/t the whole metal basket being left on the tree and the the burlap and twine was left on arbours too. I would like a full refund if someone other than Robert Vrabel can work with me. Very dissatisfied and I’ve been a customer for fertilizer and such since 2018 when I moved into this house. I asked for the dead branches to be cut out of tree and they didn’t do that either. The grass planted in front by the driveway is pathetic I’ve asked multiple times to have it over seeded and I am ignored. This work was done in April 2025.<br><br>Update: I was contacted by Mr. Vrabel and they are working towards correcting some of the issues. I will follow-up once the work is done. At this point nothing has been corrected. Waiting to plant arbours and grass until end of August.<br><br>Update: The arbours were planted this week (3 new pics). The job took the whole summer season to complete and the communication throughout the process was the worst. It all looks good now, hopefully everything lives. I thought this job would be done in a day, 2 days tops. I've never paid for landscaping before, so doing the job over months at a time may be the way this works I dunno. I was mostly disappointed with how long it took and the lack of communication trying to figure out why. They've done fertilizer, aerating and overseeding with no issues.”
