The instructor is great and the classes are a lot of fun and informative. He takes time to get to know the students and adjusts his teaching methods to whatever works best for the student. He's also excellent at putting you at ease and build your confidence through the learning process. If you want to learn self defense and karate, you'll never find a more patient and thoughtful instructor than Mike.

I knew that I would have to take anti-rejection medication for the remainder of my life. I could absolutely manage that.. until I couldn't. Nobody told me that I would lose 90% of my hair ? I believe it was a combination of the medication and my extended stay at the CCF.
Cierra catered a special back to school pampering for two sweet 10yo girls today. Not only did the girls feel special, but they had an amazing time. Cierra gave them the Princess Pampering and these two girls are ready for middle school!!! I highly recommend Cierra!

After tweaking my back/shoulder in the gym & having a lot of discomfort in my hips from hockey I contacted Dawn & told her about my situation and how bad I needed to be worked on. she got me in ASAP and I woke up this morning feeling so much more comfortable walking around & with so much more mobility in my back & shoulder! I can’t recommend her and her business enough, from her natural products she sells and makes herself to her honesty, hard work and passion for people, me and my family love everything about essential bodywork & massage and can’t recommend it enough!

This was my first facial ever at 67 years young, gifted to me for Mother's Day by my daughter. I was a little nervous but the moment I met Shawna she made me feel very much at ease. I chose the custom facial for my first time, and it was luxurious. It felt so wonderful with all the lotions and things on my face along with her massage technique. I had called three plumbers to get an estimate for a leak in my service line under my driveway. Of the three, Dan was the only one who shared his expertise in providing options for my situation. While debating my options the leak got worse and I had to shut my water off at the main cutoff. I called Dan back and he made it a point to get to me as quick as possible and got a temporary line in place so my family would not have to go without water while we got the job scheduled. Dan then came back out at a date and time convenient for us and completed the permanent fix, running a new service line from my meter, under my driveway to my house. He installed a new shutoff valve at the connection to the house and installed an enclosure to protect it, allowing easy access for any future issues. Dan is very professional. He shows that he cares about his customers and completing the job right, the first time. His knowledge, organization, and professionalism are unremarkable. Absolute Plumbing & Boiler will definitely be my go to for any plumbing needs in the future and I would recommend Dan to anyone needing plumbing help.

Words can’t fully express how grateful I am to D M Plumbing for their prompt, professional service. While I was out of the country on vacation, a plumbing issue came up at our rental property. Our usual local plumber wasn’t available after hours, so I reached out to D M, who is currently working on another project for us.
They immediately sent someone out, and the issue was resolved in under two hours from the initial call. Not only were we incredibly relieved, but their quick response also helped us maintain a high level of service for our tenants.

I have been a patient at this office for ALL of my life, and even though I no longer live in Amherst, I still make the trip back because I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dental care. Dr. Iliff is incredibly skilled, honest and fair - qualities that are hard to find and the reason I've never considered switching dentists.
What really sets this practice apart is the consistency and professionalism of the staff. They are wonderful!!! Many of them have been there for years, which says a lot about the environment and the level of care they provide. They are always helpful, friendly and make every visit smooth and comfortable.

Ive been to 3 chiropractors before. I first injured my back 6 years ago and it hasn’t properly healed since and Ive consistently had back problems since. Mitch was the first chiropractor Ive had that took his time and wanted to see exactly what was wrong with my back before making any adjustments. Hes been careful and slowly working my back to where it needs to be. This is the fastest I have ever recovered from my backing going out from my bulging discs. I recommend Mitch to anybody in need of a great Chiropractor. Everything hes told me I should do outside of the office visits at work and at home has helped me tremendously.

Front desk: These ladies really are the heart of it all and make me feel so welcome each visit. It’s not just idle chitchat but they make you feel seen, heard and remembered. I’m sure they have rough days but never do they make me feel that.
Massage Therapy: I’ve had the pleasure of Heather, Kelly and Amber taking care of that part of my therapy. Heather is such a kind soul, her pressure is dependent on what she thinks you need and she gives attention to each spot. Kelly is where you go if you need all the kinks worked out with the max amount of pressure. I swear she broke me and put me back together. Lol. Amber is like spending time with a friend who knows exactly what your muscles need. Mid range pressure but digs in where she sees fit.
Chiropractor: I mainly see Dr. Nichols and he’s been amazing for my adjustments. I swear he snap, crackle, pops me like a Rice Krispie and I feel like a new person each time. 🤣
